The Expanded Duty Dental Assisting (EDDA) certificate program at Horry-Georgetown Technical College is designed to equip students with the comprehensive skills and knowledge needed to excel as essential members of a dental team. Through a blend of classroom instruction and hands-on clinical experience, students learn chair-side assisting techniques, radiographic procedures, infection control protocols, and basic business office operations.
